SUHVE respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Policy explains how SUHVE (“SUHVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise process personal information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, submit an affiliate or creator application, purchase products, contact us or otherwise interact with SUHVE.

Pre-launch notice: SUHVE is currently in development. Some services described below, including orders and affiliate tracking, will become active only when those services launch.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with SUHVE, we may collect:

Identity information: full name, date of birth or age where required, usernames and account identifiers.
Contact information: email address, phone number, city, country and shipping or billing address.
Affiliate and creator information: social profiles, follower counts, average views or engagement, content categories, brand collaborations, affiliate experience, audience information, preferred affiliate code and application responses. We may review information visible on public social profiles when evaluating an application.
Transaction information: purchases, order history, discounts, returns, refunds and affiliate referrals once sales begin. Payment-card data may be processed directly by payment providers rather than stored by SUHVE.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, website activity, referral source, cookie identifiers and approximate location derived from technical information.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to operate and improve the website; process future orders; provide support; review affiliate and creator applications; administer affiliate links, codes, commissions and payments; send requested launch notifications and permitted marketing; detect fraud and misuse; protect users and systems; analyze performance; comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and tax duties; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We process information only where we have an appropriate legal basis or other lawful authority.

3. Marketing Communications

If you join the waitlist or otherwise consent, we may send product launches, restocks, shades, promotions, affiliate opportunities and SUHVE news. You may unsubscribe using the option in those communications. Necessary service messages relating to an order, application or requested service may still be sent where appropriate.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

SUHVE and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure advertising and support affiliate attribution. Where required, appropriate choices or consent mechanisms will be provided.

5. Affiliate Tracking

When an affiliate link or code is used, SUHVE and its providers may process referral information, cookies, transaction identifiers, discount codes and related technical information to attribute qualifying purchases.

6. How We May Share Information

We may share information with providers supporting website hosting, ecommerce, payments, shipping, email or SMS, analytics, advertising, affiliate management, fraud prevention, professional advice, accounting and tax. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, investigate fraud or protect users and the public.

7. International Data Transfers

Some providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. Where required, SUHVE will take appropriate steps to protect information transferred internationally under applicable privacy requirements.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention and contractual obligations. Different information may have different retention periods. Unsuccessful affiliate applications will not necessarily be retained indefinitely.

9. Data Security

SUHVE uses reasonable organizational, administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No internet service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, you may have rights to be informed, access information, request correction, object to certain processing, request erasure or blocking where applicable, withdraw consent, obtain portability where applicable and lodge a complaint with the appropriate authority. Requests may be limited where retention or processing is required or otherwise permitted by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

The SUHVE affiliate program is intended for people aged 18 or older. Our commercial services are not intended to knowingly collect children’s information in violation of applicable law. If we learn that information was collected contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps.

12. Third-Party Services

Links to social, payment, shipping or other services are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices. SUHVE is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as SUHVE grows, launches services, adopts technology or responds to legal changes. The latest version will be posted with an updated revision date.

14. Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, requests or concerns, use the privacy/contact channel published on the official SUHVE website once finalized. You may also have the right to contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By using the website or submitting information, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is legally required, SUHVE will request it separately.
