Website use
This website presents SUHVE’s developing brand, concept previews, waitlist and affiliate application. You may use it only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt the website, evade security measures, submit false information, impersonate another person, copy protected assets for commercial use or attempt unauthorized access.
Concept previews
Visuals, packaging, shades, names, descriptions, availability and launch details are development concepts and may change before launch. They are not an offer for sale, a guarantee of final specifications or a promise that every concept shown will be produced.
Intellectual property
SUHVE names, logos, artwork, copy, packaging concepts and website materials are owned by or licensed to SUHVE. Except for the limited affiliate permission below, no license is granted beyond personal, non-commercial viewing.
Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the SUHVE Affiliate Program. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. An applicant becomes an affiliate only after written approval from SUHVE. Participation is limited to persons aged 18 or older who can legally enter into this agreement. By accepting approval, accessing a code or link or continuing to participate, the affiliate agrees to these terms and any clearly identified campaign terms.
1. Program channels and commission
- Official website: the base commission is 10% of Eligible Net Sales attributed through an authorized SUHVE link or code.
- TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada: the intended starting rate is 10% where supported. A selected livestream, social-video or launch campaign may offer 12% for its stated period. For marketplace transactions, the rate and attribution displayed by that marketplace at the time of participation control.
- Performance tiers: verified affiliate-attributed Eligible Net Sales during one Philippine calendar month may set the affiliate’s official-website rate for the following calendar month: ₱25,000 earns 11%, ₱50,000 earns 12%, and ₱100,000 earns 15%. Only the highest tier reached applies; tiers and campaign rates are not added together. A marketplace tier applies only if SUHVE expressly confirms it and the platform supports it.
Eligible Net Sales means the product amount actually paid and retained by SUHVE after discounts, vouchers, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, refunds and taxes. It excludes shipping, duties, gratuities, free or gifted products, samples, non-product fees and any amount not successfully collected.
2. Attribution and duplicate claims
For official-website orders, commission is earned only when SUHVE’s tracking records attribute the eligible purchase to that affiliate. Unless a campaign states otherwise, the default window is 30 days from the customer’s last valid click on an authorized affiliate link. A valid affiliate code entered at checkout takes priority over link attribution. If more than one affiliate could claim an order, SUHVE’s documented tracking record applies and commission will not be paid twice. Browser settings, deleted cookies, blocked tracking, incorrect codes and purchases outside the window may prevent attribution. SUHVE will correct demonstrable tracking errors supported by reasonable evidence but cannot guarantee attribution where no reliable record exists.
3. Ineligible activity
No commission or tier credit is earned from:
- cancelled, fully refunded, charged-back, unpaid, fraudulent, duplicate or test orders;
- self-referrals or purchases made primarily to generate commission, unless SUHVE gives prior written approval;
- misleading claims, spam, impersonation, unauthorized paid advertising, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, code leakage to coupon sites, bidding on SUHVE trademarks or manipulation of tracking or platform systems;
- orders violating applicable law, marketplace rules, these terms or campaign requirements.
A partial refund proportionally reduces commission and tier credit. If commission was paid before an order later became ineligible, the corresponding amount may be deducted from future commission or reasonably requested for repayment, supported by the relevant order record.
4. Verification, statements and payment
Orders remain pending until payment, delivery and the applicable return, after-sales and settlement periods are complete. For official-website sales, SUHVE will calculate approved commission monthly and intends to pay it within 30 days after the end of the month in which the order becomes eligible, subject to complete identity, payment and tax information. Balances below ₱500 may roll forward until the threshold is reached. Marketplace commission is calculated and paid through the applicable platform under its own schedule and rules.
An affiliate must report a good-faith commission dispute to suhve.c@gmail.com within 30 days after the relevant statement or platform record becomes available, identifying the order and supporting evidence. SUHVE will review the records and explain any correction or denial. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, registrations, invoices or receipts where required. SUHVE may make legally required withholding and request documentation before payment.
5. Promotion and disclosures
Affiliates must clearly and prominently disclose gifted, sponsored and commission-bearing content in accordance with applicable law and platform policy. Affiliates must use honest personal opinions and only current, written, SUHVE-approved product claims. They may not make unapproved medical, therapeutic, regulatory, safety, ingredient, performance or comparative claims; misstate discounts, scarcity, charity contributions, prices or availability; present themselves as an employee or spokesperson; or create accounts, domains or advertising that could be mistaken for an official SUHVE channel.
Affiliates may use approved SUHVE marks and campaign assets only to promote SUHVE during active participation, without altering the official typographical logo or implying ownership. This limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission ends when participation ends. The affiliate keeps ownership of original content. SUHVE may repost it only with permission or under separately accepted campaign terms.
6. Gifted products and content
Gifted products do not guarantee acceptance, payment, exclusivity or a favorable review. Any required content, usage rights, deadlines or separate fees must be agreed in writing before work begins. Affiliates must disclose gifted products and may give an honest opinion, subject to the rules against false or unsupported factual claims.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time by written notice. SUHVE may immediately suspend links, codes or payments while reasonably investigating suspected fraud, material breach, unlawful conduct, brand impersonation, safety risk or platform enforcement. SUHVE may terminate for a confirmed material breach and withhold only commission connected to ineligible activity or amounts lawfully subject to set-off. Eligible commission earned before termination remains payable after ordinary verification and settlement. On termination, the affiliate must stop presenting themselves as a SUHVE affiliate and stop using SUHVE assets, codes and links.
8. Program changes and campaign conflicts
SUHVE may change rates, tiers, eligibility rules or program availability for future activity by giving reasonable notice through email, an affiliate portal or the official website. A change will not reduce commission already earned on an Eligible Net Sale. Clearly stated campaign terms control only for that campaign. Marketplace rules control marketplace tracking, settlement and transactions; these terms continue to govern the affiliate’s relationship with SUHVE where they do not conflict with mandatory platform rules.
9. Independent relationship
Affiliates are independent participants, not SUHVE employees, agents, franchisees, partners or legal representatives. They cannot bind SUHVE, make warranties for SUHVE or incur obligations on SUHVE’s behalf. Nothing guarantees minimum earnings, sales, audience growth, gifted products or continued participation.
10. Records, liability and applicable law
SUHVE will maintain reasonable program records and apply these terms in good faith. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from program participation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice; if unresolved, either party may use the courts or government remedies available under applicable Philippine law.
11. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision is limited only as necessary. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. An affiliate may not transfer their account, code, rights or payment entitlement without written approval. Electronic notices and records may be used where legally permitted. These terms, the approval notice and applicable campaign terms form the program agreement; they do not override mandatory law or controlling marketplace rules.
